Canstruction Competition 2016

GHP Environmental + Architecture joined Messer Construction in the Canstruction Competition, held on April 8th at the Main Downtown Library. The GHP Environmental + Architecture/Messer Team won “Best Meal Winner”. All cans will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Nashville.

Dominique Arrieta’s father started his architecture business when she was but 6 weeks old. Now she’s running the show as the new co-owner and CEO of GHP Environmental + Architecture, the firm formerly known as Gobbell Hays Partners Inc. and perhaps best-known locally for shepherding the creation of the Nashville Sounds’ new ballpark.

Clients range from HCA Holdings Inc. to Marriott to Metro government. Under Arrieta’s leadership, the firm is opening a
San Francisco outpost and a new division. Arrieta says her home life consumes her free time, but she’s far from a homebody: She custom-designed her new house in Dickson County, and whether she’s stateside or eloping in Europe, she has a sense of adventure…
