Vice President, Director of Construction Service

Katy Sheesley, LEED® AP BD + C, WELL AP, has more than 30 years of experience in Project Management, Commercial Construction, and Commercial Real Estate. She brings value to GHP’s Construction Services business unit with her leadership and experience in program management, planning assistance, preconstruction services, cost control, scheduling, and coordination of the many team members to design and construct various types of buildings. 

Katy has successfully managed projects for top U.S. senior living, healthcare, commercial, education, and hospitality clients.

She is also passionate about sustainability. One of her most memorable projects includes guiding and supporting Sunrise Senior Living’s East 56th community in achieving LEED Silver, WELL Building, and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications—the first senior living development to ever achieve such ratings.

When not working, you might find Katy at the stables with her horses or visiting her daughter who lives in Germany.
